Do you work with small residential projects, or only large commercial ones?
We work with projects of all sizes, from single-bathroom renovations to full commercial developments. Being a smaller company means we have no minimum order requirements that price out smaller jobs. Every client gets the same level of attention.
How do I know the stone I receive will match the sample I saw?
Natural stone has inherent variation and we'll always be upfront about that. Before any order is confirmed, we show you actual slabs wherever possible, not just samples. We will never dispatch a batch without your sign-off.
Are your prices really lower than larger suppliers?
In most cases, yes, because we source directly and keep overheads lean. We're transparent about this and welcome you to compare quotes. If you've received a quote elsewhere, bring it to us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can beat it and by how much.
What is your typical lead time for stone supply?
For in-stock materials, delivery can usually be arranged within days. For sourced or custom orders, lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on origin. We'll give you a clear timeline before you commit, and we stick to it.
Can you handle both supply and installation?
Yes. We offer countertops installation, floor polishing and full sanitary ware supply alongside stone materials. You can engage us for part of the scope or the whole thing. There's no obligation to use every service.
